Salute the Shining Light of Women
2025.07.22
In the surging currents of our era, women workers emerge like cresting waves—each wielding unique grace and strength to propel society's vessel forward. They shine brilliantly in their respective roles, showcasing extraordinary talent and resilience. With unyielding determination, they overcome formidable challenges; with sharp eyes for fleeting chances, they seize pivotal opportunities at work; with gentle yet steadfast power, they become valiant navigators who chart courses through thorny paths.
This week, we celebrate their special day: International Women’s Day (IWD). To honor this occasion, we’ve invited exceptional women from across our company to share their professional journeys and life insights. Join us in listening to their poignant stories of striving and triumph, laughter and tears—stories that illuminate their indomitable spirit and life wisdom.
Tang Xiaoli
——Finance Manager——
My name is Tang Xiaoli, Finance Manager at LiLang. Over thirteen years here, this company has become a nurturing family. Our CEO genuinely cares for employees like relatives. Starting as a junior accounting clerk handling data statistics, I diligently supported team needs. Our work has evolved to be more goal-oriented—beyond daily tasks, I now develop performance metrics and improvement initiatives. My family’s unwavering support allows me to devote myself fully to work despite frequent overtime and pressure.

Qian Sujin
——Domestic Sales Representative——
I’m Qian Sujin. Eight years as a LiLang salesperson taught me that proactive client communication is foundational. Building trust requires speaking up—never shying away from conversations. Beyond communication, delivering premium service—especially post-sale support—is crucial for lasting relationships. Customer satisfaction drives repeat business; hence pre-sale and after-sale efforts are equally vital. When facing knowledge gaps, I actively learn from experienced colleagues.
As a mother, I acknowledge not spending enough time with my children. Moving forward, I’ll prioritize their growth while seeking better work-life balance.

Wang Dongxia
——Domestic Sales Clerk——
I’m Wang Dongxia, affectionately called Dongdong. Nearing my first year at LiLang, I handle documentation and shipments—each task demanding meticulous precision. I take pride in delivering error-free work proactively without delays.
This warm workplace gifted me delightful colleagues. As our annual Goddess Festival (March 8th) approaches, I want to say: Though I’m a mom, I still feel like a young lady. We deserve self-appreciation—even when our efforts go unseen. If we keep our spirits youthful, every mother can retain her charm and vitality. Happy Goddess Festival!

Gu Qin
——Procurement Officer——
Nine years at LiLang forged me through storms and bonds. Just one year shy of a decade, I’ve transformed from reticent to eloquent—this role taught me to communicate fearlessly and collaborate effectively.
My life philosophy: Work is part of daily life, not its entirety. I rarely bring stress home, reserving energy for family time.
Her husband Wu Chunyan (Domestic Sales):
"She shoulders household duties so I can focus on work. Having such a wife is a blessing to our family."

Yang Xiaoyun
——Electrical Department Warehouse Keeper——
I’m Yang Xiaoyun, warehouse keeper at LiLang’s Electrical Department for over three years. This role accelerated my growth. Communication is paramount—I proactively coordinate with departments for minor issues. By tracking project timelines, reviewing documents early, and pre-stocking goods, I minimize others’ waiting time.
As a mother of two, my priority is nurturing my children’s joyful, healthy growth.

Yuan Qin
——Electrical Department Assembler——
I’m Yuan Qin, assembler in LiLang’s Electrical Department for nearly four years. Progressing from novice operator to independent product assembler, I’m deeply grateful for my leaders’ patient mentoring. Now as a senior staffer, I proactively train newcomers—everyone deserves opportunities paid forward with gratitude.
I compartmentalize work and family: Fully focused during work hours; completely present for my child and husband afterward. Excellence stems from wholehearted dedication to each role.
